Troubleshooting Lookup Function in Clay: Dropdown Not Updating

Hi, I want to add an enrichment using the 'Lookup Single Row in Other Table' function. When selecting the 'table to search' it doesn't show an updated list of tables. A bit earlier today I updated one of my Clay tables with a list with the companies to exclude (imported a new HubSpot csv list and then renamed the existing Clay table by adding today's date), but Clay doesn't refresh the 'table to search' dropdown fields when I want to als update the Lookup column. I already refreshed all clay tables, clicked the refresh fields button few times, created a new column for this lookup function, and waited more than 1 or 2 hours, but it still doesn't pull the newest clay tables in the dropdown list. anyone an idea what to do?

When trying to use the 'Lookup single row in other table' the ‘table to search' dropdown only shows me an outdated list of other clay tables. I already restarted my browser, deleted my browser cache, logged out and in again, searched for the list in my search bar, so I need further help in solving this
