Hi need help, I can't seem to login to clay. It's my client account and I was only invited before, no password has given, only a session link. How do i log back in?

Hey there sorry for the delay here, taking a look at this email it is currently using a Google Login method. If you were to login using the Google Login method with this email you be able to reenter the workspace again.

i did try the google login using my email, but it takes me to my own workspace. not with the client's?

Hey, It looks like the invite you were sent might not be working. Can you ask the client’s team to resend the invitation? Also, it’s possible the invite went to a different email or Clay account. Could you check if you might’ve been invited under another email? That might be the issue.
