Hey, so im seeing that my billing renews on the 8th but I still have not been given the credits for this cycle. I have more than enugh at the moment but I dont see the extra ones in my account at the moment
If you've noticed that your credits haven't appeared yet after your plan renewal, this is likely due to normal transaction processing delays. It typically takes 1-2 hours after the billing time for credits to be reflected in your account. For example, if your renewal was at 12 PM, you might not see the credits until around 1 PM.If it's been more than 2 hours since your renewal time and you still don't see your credits, please email us at support@clay.com for assistance.
