Troubleshooting JSON Inputs Issue with OpenAI's API

Any1 having trouble with JSON inputs? I'm using the EXACT same prompt as I've used about 2 weeks ago when it worked but now it wont run. I get this message: "OpenAI's API returned: "Invalid parameter: 'response_format' of type 'json_object' is not supported with this model." Here are my settings/prompt:
