Any status issues at the moment? Your status page lists none, but I'm seeing extremely slow load times across the app on basic functions. No issues with any other websites/etc. and internet speeds are great.
Performance issues with slow load times can occur when there are large tables in your workbook or multiple actions running simultaneously.
Try a hard refresh to resolve the latency:
** Mac: Command + Shift + R (Chrome/Firefox) or Option + Command + E (Safari)
** Windows: Ctrl + F5
You can also clear your browser cache and refresh the view to resolve performance issues. If problems persist after refreshing, the slow loading may be due to larger tables taking longer to update.
Hi Garrett - thanks for reaching out and apologies for the frustration here. Yes, we’re currently experiencing some issues, and the team is working on a fix. Performance should be improving now, but it’s not fully resolved yet.
