Hello there, I am trying to get the phone numbers from a few records, but it does not work, I don't know why it just says failed... https://app.clay.com/shared-table/share_EXTTf7Nqc9pi
There could be a few reasons why you're seeing failed results when trying to get phone numbers:1. If you're using the Findymail integration, note that it cannot retrieve phone numbers for EU citizens due to privacy laws. 2. Some providers may still charge credits even when the search fails to find results - this is because they charge for the attempt to find data, regardless of whether data is found or not.For better coverage of phone number data, consider using Clay's waterfall enrichments, which search across multiple data providers sequentially to improve your chances of finding the information. If you're seeing a "failed to parse body" error specifically, check that:** Your text inputs are properly quoted ** There are no extra commas at the end of your data * Your data format is correct Sources: FAQ: Why am I seeing the "failed to parse body" error when using the HTTP API enrichment? I am not a EU citizen, my credits remain untouched
You have several options to find phone numbers in Clay using different data providers, each with their own requirements:1. Findymail: Requires LinkedIn profile URL as input 2. Nimbler: Can find numbers using: ā¢ LinkedIn URL ā¢ Work Email Address ā¢ Company Name + Full Name 3. Datagma: Can search using: ā¢ LinkedIn URL (personal or Sales Navigator) ā¢ Email address (work or personal)To improve your chances of success, make sure you're:** Using the correct input type for your chosen provider ** Providing complete and accurate information * Using the right data provider for your needsIf you could share which specific provider you're using and what input data you're providing, we can better diagnose the issue. I am still looking for help...
Hey Amber! Thanks for reaching out. We've disabled the phone number enrichment feature for non-paid accounts because some users have taken advantage of this feature. It'll only be available on a case by case basis such as our interaction here! I can make a one time exception for you - I just enabled the feature to your workspace for the next week for you to be able to run phone number enrichments with the remaining credits you have! Here's a quick resource for running waterfalls: https://www.clay.com/university/lesson/enrich-people-waterfalls-clay-101 Let me know if this helps!
