My company switched domain names, and I am unable to log back into my previous clay account. Hoping to get help moving over my tables and credits.
Unfortunately, we can't directly move tables or credits between accounts. However, here's what you can do: 1. For tables: You can export your data as CSV files from your old account and import them into your new account. Alternatively, use the "Share" button to get a template link for each table, which you can open in your new account. 2. For credits: Credits are tied to the account and can't be transferred. If you've recently cancelled or downgraded, your credits will remain until the end of the billing cycle, then be capped at 2x the new plan's limit. Hi Henry - just updated your authorization method to email and password and linked the email you dmd as the authentication email. You should be able to reset your password now and log in with that address.
