Troubleshooting OpenAI API Key Rate Limit Errors

Hey there, I'm getting an error when integrating my GPT key saying: "The rate limits associated with your OpenAI API key are too low to run this action with the selected model. See "Increasing your limits" here." Checked these links, but my rate limits look fine. Can someone tell me what's going on here?

For reliable use of OpenAI in Clay, you need specific token per minute (TPM) requirements: ** 30,000 TPM for ChatGPT columns ** 450,000 TPM for ClaygentEven if your rate limits appear fine, you'll need to ensure your OpenAI API key is on tier 2 to meet these requirements.
