How do I get to the ChatGPT x Clay app? I enter "@clay" and nothing happens? Am I doing something wrong here?

Sometimes @Clay doesn't work in ChatGPT, but OpenAI is working on fixing this. As an alternative, log into ChatGPT and visit the Clay app page directly at https://chatgpt.com/apps/clay/asdk_app_69377d07cd9c8191a988f06f15b8c674 to connect the app.
Once connected, you can type @Clay at the start of your prompts to find people, enrich contacts, and draft personalized outreach directly in ChatGPT.

Did you add Clay as Apps? Click top left ChatGPT --> Settings --> Apps --> Browse Apps --> Type "clay" --> connect it, then it should appear Willy H.

Yes, that's exactly the right approach! You need to add Clay as an app first through ChatGPT → Settings → Apps → Browse Apps → search "clay" → connect it.
Once connected, @Clay should work at the start of your prompts to find people and enrich contacts directly in ChatGPT.
