Also got an error when asked Claygent to visit LinkedIn profile of a person & identify whether they still work at the company. "LinkedIn profiles cannot be accessed programmatically due to privacy measures and restrictions against automated browsing." Can Claygent visit LinkedIn profiles?

Hey Daniel! Thanks for reaching out. Claygent is unable to do this, due to LinkedIn's anti-scraping measures. Here's what I recommend: Run "enrich person from profile" to get experience data. This will return information about the person's current and previous experience including the name of the company they work for. I made a quick recording showing this (example in your table). You can compare the results with the records in your table to determine if it's the same company. I also went ahead to add credits to your workspace for the trouble. Let me know if this helps! https://downloads.intercomcdn.com/i/o/w28k1kwz/1219591405/7792d68c1486ea8447e2f5d2c553/CleanShot+2024-10-17+at+16_25_41.gif?expires=1729180800&signature=a6de4438521e5c11cef88bab30a2570da9592e016497592534bd73eca544e92d&req=dSImH8x3nIVfXPMW1HO4zXKB%2FMm2%2FQBJoJf2DBSqGYe%2B8cXAQ8%2BW29ganyKT%0AO4SJ%0A
Thanks. But how can I automatically match it to the company & domain I've originally put in? Would want to avoid checking manually 1-1 if they belong to the same company/domain
Hey Daniel! Thanks for the reply. You can do this with a formula. I added an example to your table, that will automatically run a match based on the company when the "enrich person" integration runs. Here's a quick guide for using AI formulas: https://www.clay.com/university/lesson/ai-formulas-conditional-runs-clay-101 Let me know if this helps! https://downloads.intercomcdn.com/i/o/w28k1kwz/1220413172/1d7c65aae3eaf607c2e4fcf45fe8/CleanShot+2024-10-18+at+10_12_02%402x.png?expires=1729244700&signature=ebf4e172ad5c5ff2c70299b7e07fb35eacbe35e77e8942f8c3ef5049a651be23&req=dSIlFs1%2FnoBYW%2FMW1HO4zWNRWA6jJ3tpiLbW0w%2F6v5LD6rS%2FSOF8BA11BxwE%0A%2FO%2Fa%0A https://downloads.intercomcdn.com/i/o/w28k1kwz/1220411981/72d8b697c2feb0430ee52acdd1c8/CleanShot+2024-10-18+at+10_10_23%402x.png?expires=1729244700&signature=a3bf2adcf57dfadde97a8b589bf6b718ab1c276565faf719ed4f6ec49e813f12&req=dSIlFs1%2FnIhXWPMW1HO4zTjCPW1TLtHSyj%2FQpOToZqQ7DEwUafTmwzBQqe42%0AHUdk%0A
Thanks, this helps
So the only way to check if a person still works at a company is by using "enrich person from profile" (and it will take 1 Clay credit per execution)?
Hey Daniel, using enrich person from profile is the most straightforward method to access this data point. You can enrich a prospect's LinkedIn profile, and then use a Formula column to check if their latest experience matches the company you're searching for. [App: Article Inserter] An alternative here would be using Claygent to check if their latest experience matches the company you're searching for. If you used the Helium model, it would be 1 credit per row, which is the same cost as the enrich person action. We also just released a Claygent metaprompter tool, so you could use this to write this prompt for you! If you're looking to use LinkedIn profile data for other parts of your workflow, I'd recommend the first option. If not, I would go with the Claygent option. Let me know if this makes sense and if you have any other questions!
Thanks. I'll try this out
