To ensure special characters like 'é' display correctly in your CSV export, try this approach: 1. Export your data from Clay using the standard process: • Navigate to the 'Actions' menu • Click 'Export' • Select 'Download CSV' 2. If you notice character encoding issues in the exported file, open the CSV in a plain text editor like Notepad (Windows) or TextEdit (Mac) to check the encoding. For the best results, you may want to create a dedicated "CSV Export View" in Clay before exporting: 1. Duplicate your current view 2. Keep only the essential columns you need 3. Export from this clean, focused view If you continue experiencing issues with special characters, please ask for human support assistance to help troubleshoot the specific encoding problem.
