Highlighting Company Names for Removal from Prospect Lists

What is the best way to remove client company names from tables of company-level prospect lists? I have a master exclude table that I will regularly update with pulls from Attio, but want any Company Names or URLs that are in this list to be highlighted for removal on any new prospect list for Import.

When searching for companies in Clay, you can easily exclude specific companies using our exclude companies feature. Here's how to do it: 1. Create or maintain your master exclude table containing your client companies from Attio 2. When running a new company search: • Navigate to the "Exclude Companies" section • Reference your master exclude table • This will automatically filter out any companies that appear in your exclude listThis approach helps prevent duplicates and ensures your prospect lists don't include companies you've already identified or are working with.
