Alternative Ways to Share Your Clay Table Effectively

Hi. I need to share with someone my Clay table but the link does not work. Is there another way of doing it ? If I share it as a Tample he can see the table, but not with all the enrichment I have done ...

Hey there, thanks for reaching out! :) Currently, sharing a Clay table with all its data and automations directly is not possible. The "Share as template" option under the "Actions" menu will only share the table without the data inside. To allow others to access your table with all the enrichments, you need to invite them to your workspace. Go to the Settings menu of your workspace, navigate to the "Team" section, and select "Invite" to invite other users to see and edit the tables inside your workspace. This way, they can work on the table directly and see all the data and automations you've set up. If there's anything else I can assist you with, please let me know!

Hey! Thanks for the follow up on this topic! Unfortunately, this is not a feature at this time, it would require adding them to the workspace but they'd see all tables. We've submitted this type of request to potentially consider a "visitor" that could achieve a similar behavior when it's shared with them. For now, it may be best to either download the table as a CSV if you'd like to share the data with them or giving them access to the workspace.
