Hi team, is Clay not processing Claygent runs? When clicking "Run", it looks like it's running - but isn't (as evidenced that the Stop button isn't available)
That's frustrating when Claygent appears to be running but isn't actually processing. Here are a few quick fixes to try:
First, try a hard refresh:
Windows: Ctrl + Shift + R
Mac: Cmd + Shift + R
If that doesn't work, force the column to run:
Click on the Claygent column header
Hover over "Run column" in the dropdown
Select "Force" to jump start the run
Alternative approach:
Click on a specific cell that's stuck
If it shows "waiting for its inputs," click "re-run this cell"
Are you seeing any specific error messages when you click into the individual cells, or does it just appear stuck in the running state?
