Troubleshooting DMARC and DKIM Issues: Is My Domain Burned?

·
·

Hi everyone, I keep getting these messages from google and other areas. I set up dmarc and DKIM in my godaddy account and did everything correctly from what I thought. Anyways I could have done something wrong, with all of these emails is my domain burned at this point? What should I do differently ? I’m not sure why I’m receiving all of this

To address your DMARC and DKIM setup issues in GoDaddy and protect your domain, follow these steps: 1. Double-check your DMARC and DKIM configurations in GoDaddy to ensure they're correctly implemented. 2. Implement email authentication protocols properly: • Set up SPF (Sender Policy Framework) if not already done • Verify DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail) settings • Configure DMARC (Domain-based Message Authentication, Reporting, and Conformance) correctly 3. Review and follow email best practices to maintain a clean mailing list and improve deliverability. 4. Monitor your domain's reputation regularly using available tools. If you continue to experience issues after these steps, you may need more specialized assistance. In that case, please request to speak with a human agent for further support.

    Hey Robert,

It sounds like you're currently receiving DMARC reports from Google that were triggered. I'm not exactly sure how that was set up, but it appears they were submitted by those services. If you want to check if your email configuration is correct, try searching Google for "Email Checker" tools. To help you understand if your domain is burned or if your emails are being delivered properly.

Let me know if you need specific tool recommendations!
