Converting Blocked Company List from PDF to CSV for Enriched Data Extraction

I have a mega list of 80 pages of companies. It is a Govt. issued list in PDF form. I have converted to excel but it has blocked about 20 companies in each cell (to make it more difficult to scrape I suspect). How can I convert this to a CSV with each company on each line so I can use Clay to find the enriched data I need?

ChatGPT gave me some code but that didn't work. Ended up using Power Toys to convert, which was a little laborious but got the job done. 😅
