Can I Change the Criteria for my Original Company List? Easy Ways to Modify Company Criteria in a Table

If i’ve created a company table (starting with using clay to build a list using specific criteria) and enriched a bunch of rows, is it possible to go back and change the criteria i used to build the original company list? I think I could start a new table, pull a new initial list and then copy and paste those orgs into the original table (so I don’t have to redo all the original enrichments) but feels like there should be an easier way if I want to tweak the original company criteria
