It is not even running by manual clicking

When cells won't run even with manual clicking, try clicking the column header and selecting "Force Rerun Column" to reset stuck columns.

You can also click on individual cells showing "waiting for its inputs" and select "re-run this cell".

If that doesn't work, try a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows, Cmd+Shift+R on Mac) to resolve performance issues.
