Push Billing Date Forward When Out of Credits - No Upgrade

Is it possible to push our billing date forward when we run out of credits so we get them sooner - not upgrade

Hi Mo! Unfortunately the only way to get more credits in your account is by upgrading your tier! We don't offer one-off credit purchases :/

Is it at least pro-rata rather than paying the entire new amount again?

If you upgrade your tier, your billing cycle will reset based on the day on which you upgrade. So say you upgrade today, you'll get your first batch of monthly credits today and the next batch a month from today
