Strategies for Expanding Your People Search Across 50k Companies

I'm running a "find people" search on a list of 50k companies. I have a list of titles I want to search for but I'm only getting back a small list of people. Is there a way to find similar titles or something I am doing wrong?

Here are key tips to improve your Find People search results: 1. Include all possible title variations since Find People doesn't support semantic search. For example, you'll need to separately include "Revenue Operations," "RevOps," "Rev Operations," and "Rev Ops" as they're treated as different titles. 2. Make sure you're properly connected to your companies table: • Verify that your table and corresponding domain/social URLs are correctly auto-populated • Use company social URLs rather than domains for better accuracy and richer data 3. Use the Job Title section filters effectively: • Include multiple job levels, functions, and titles • Consider including past experiences • By default, similar titles (like "SWE" and "Software Engineer") are treated as the same, unless you enable "Exact keyword match" 4. Try using exclusion filters strategically. For example, if searching for "Sales," you could exclude "Ops" and "Operations" to focus on customer-facing roles.
