Using Private Email Servers to Boost Outbound Email Deliverability: Any Recommendations?

Maybe a bit #random question but maybe some of you are here scaling outbound emails, so I wanted to ask: there’s been talk of using private email servers to send out higher volume and boost deliverability. I think I’ve seen providers pass by but don’t remember any now. Does any of you know some?
