Getting Invalid Input Error when Sending Values to Another Table. Any Help?

Hello, I am trying to send few values to another table but I am getting invalid input error. I confirm that there are values in this list/column selected, any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

my advice is to pull only one column, maybe company name, and then use a lookup for the rest
