Struggling to Find Solutions: Support Response Not Working

I am pretty sure I am making mistake but cannot find a place to get a solutions. Support finally responded now but what they are showing I can do is not working for me

    Hey, thanks for reaching out. I've already replied via your message opened through the chat. I will be closing this one up. Here's the reply: This issue is happening because the run condition wasn't met. You can click on the row to see the specific reason. I also noticed some typos, like "/Las Vegas". When I tried it again, we're getting an "API inaccessible" error, which is likely due to how Apollo was set up. Follow Step 6 from this Apollo article, ensuring you give access to everything and remove any extra API information in Clay, then try again. Remember, give permission to ALL, not only one or two.
