Issue with Credit Usage Notification After Plan Upgrade

Hi! I upgraded my plan to the $349 to add 10k credits, which I plan to use throughout May. However, the notification shows I need to use 8k+ credits by May 5. Could someone please look into this?

    When you upgraded your plan, your billing cycle reset immediately. The new credit allotment (10k credits) was added to your existing balance. This means you now have a new month to use these credits, starting from the upgrade date. The notification you're seeing likely reflects this reset billing cycle, with May 5th being your new renewal date. To manage your credits effectively, you can: 1.
