Finding Unupdated LinkedIn Profiles: Doctors & Dentists Data Solutions

I am looking to find people who might not be updating their LinkedIn profiles, for example doctors, dentists etc.. I understand Clay's base dataset is pulled from LinkedIn. For dentists, the Google Maps API is good enough, but is there a way for Clay to get data on say doctors?

I understand Claygent can only be used to enrich data on people when there is already a name to a row. I am trying to find people completely from scratch, who may not be on linkedin at all
