Question: when i hide some columns, are they still active, i.e. can other columns reference them or make formulas on them, although they are hidden? or will be be kind of deactivated for the table?

When you hide columns in a table, they remain active and can still be referenced by other columns or used in formulas. Hiding a column is simply a way to simplify your table view and doesn't affect the column's functionality. To hide a column: 1. Click on the column header 2.
