Can you please check this table? I have a lot of email finders that run, even though I had it in Waterfall, and a lot of credits were taken. As an end result, I don’t have any emails. Because they are in gray, I don’t know what to do. Can you please evaluate this, check it, and if possible, refund the credit? If it ran several times, we use Clay at the highest tier, and we just got refilled, but we got this issue. Can you please help me?
Hey Romeo - could you let us know what specific issue you're running into? For context, waterfalls run in order of provider but they'll only run if the email wasn't found in the previous integration. If it is run, it means the previous integration didn't find a valid email. Happy to take a closer look if you have a specific row here thats causing issues!
