Looking for Documentation on the Assign Option in the Menu

I saw and was curious about the Assign option on this menu, and went looking for some documentation to learn from, can someone point me in the right direction please as I cant find any

Good catch, Ian! Sorry, we missed adding that as part of the docs. It works to assign any other users in your workspace as the person in charge of that record or if you have any other use for it. If you double-click or start typing in an empty cell, it will show you those users like so:
