Why Do Pre-Run Rows End Up Empty in Claygent? Solutions Needed

Hi support team, why do some of the rows I've already pre-run somehow end up empty? In the image below, I have a link to a doctor's directory and I created a claygent promt to fetch basic info about the doctor from that link. But after a few days, the information, including the Doctor's name, disappears. And I think I'm being charged extra credits when I re-run the Claygent promt to fetch the data again for empty rows. Why is this? And how do I prevent it?
