I'd like to run a column in Clay that checks if a business is already in a HubSpot list using a company domain name. Is this possible?

You could set up a table, and import using the "Import companies from Hubspot" to bring those companies into Clay. You'll use that table as a reference. Then, in your working table with companies, use "Lookup Single Row in Table" to scan for a match. The result of that query can be used to take other actions. This video walks through a use case for lookups. Unfortunately our newsletter list is like 90,000 people so this won't work I don't think, right?

Do you know the # of companies/domains you have? Clay does have a 50k limit for a given table. The current Hubspot integration doesn't allow for querying list memberships, directly, but I'm wondering if we can think of another approach. I'm curious to learn more about your use case. If this is an ongoing need vs. one-time bulk enrichment, how this will fit in with the ultimate goal for the workflow, etc..

Hey there Annamarie thanks for reaching out, jumping in for Mark here, we do have an integration that can check whether or not a Company exist in your HubSpot by using a Company domain. It is called "Lookup Company" and you can find it in the enrichment menu by searching for HubSpot and this integration will appear.
