API Key Issue: Need Help Troubleshooting Problem from Customer

Any idea how to solve that problem? A customer of mine gave me the API key, and I got this message. How should I instruct them to solve the issue?

Alexander T., this appears to be an external issue with your OpenAI account. I recommend reaching out to OpenAI support double check for you and confirm that you have credits in that API

Refreshed the API key and everything is fine now. Thank you
