You can restrict access to workbooks if you're on the Enterprise plan. Go to your workbook title → Edit workbook settings → Edit Access, then choose between "All workspace users" or "Workspace admins and specific collaborators."
For your account password, visit Settings → Account → Security → Change password to update it.
Note that workbook access restrictions are only available on Enterprise plans.
