Claygent issue - some outputs having {Response: I notice this happens often, even when I specifically say in the prompt "only output the 2-3 word response to complete this sentence:" Doesn't seem like a prompt issue as this happens on various use cases and campaigns I've run, where one result every so often is messed up like this. Is there a way to fix this in bulk, without having to manually check for this in the list?
Yes, you can address this using our data cleaning tools! Here are two approaches:1. Use the Text Whitespace normalization tool to ensure consistent spacing and remove unexpected formatting across your data. 2. Create a formula column to automatically clean up the text: โข Select "formula" for a new column โข Use Clay's AI formula feature to automatically format your text โข Review the output and click "Output is correct" to apply the formatting consistently across all rowsFor basic cleanup, you can also use our "Remove Extra Whitespace from Text" formatter, which will automatically eliminate unnecessary spaces, tabs, and line breaks from your text. Question
2 actually First - what formula would I use to remove any "response" text? there's a lot of extra text in there I'm not sure how I'd approach this formula to clean it up, any ideas? Second - I tried to make a "Contains" filter over this column to only show which rows had that weird {Response{ text, that way I could fix it manually pretty easily by just re running the rows. the "Contains" filter did not work for me, did I not do it right?
