Troubleshooting Slow Enrichment and Queued Rows: What's Wrong?

Hello Team, I have been trying to add enrichment to an table, but it's taking more than what I expected. It's been more than hour but clay didn't even enriched 100 rows. Also, the rows are getting queued and then the status changes to retrying. Is there anything, where I am going wrong?
