Forager Mobile Numbers: Understanding Rate Limits and Errors

Hey John! How's it going? Thank you for flagging this one. I'll check with the team, will file this as a bug since the error message it returns is unclear when compared to other rows that say no results found but don't error out. We'll update you as soon as we get some insights on this. I tried re-running a few of those rows and some fulfill after doing so, in case it helps in the meantime.
