I have clay and apify connect with specific actor, it sync on the first 1000 but succeeding runs don't
The Apify integration in Clay can retrieve up to 5000 records from a single run.For your table to automatically update with all data from subsequent future runs from an actor, make sure you don't specify a particular run as an input. If you've specified a particular run, your table won't automatically sync with new data from future runs.If you're still experiencing issues with syncing, you may want to check your auto-update settings to ensure they're properly configured for new data to flow in. yeah I don't specify specific run...but still it is not updating
The delay in updating your table with new Apify data is likely due to the refresh schedule. Our system is set to update data every 24 hours. You can either wait for the next scheduled update or manually trigger an update by:1. Clicking the Apify column header 2. Selecting "sources" 3. Triggering a manual updateThis will refresh your data immediately without waiting for the scheduled update.
Looks like you're still looking for help. We're escalating this over to our support team and someone should be in touch soon. In the meantime, feel free to include any other information that may be helpful in solving your issue!
Hi Lemuel, thanks for reaching out. This might be due to your Actor or Apify API subscription having a limit of 1000 imports. If that's the case, you'll need to upgrade your Apify subscription to allow you to send more than 1000 rows.. However, Do you mind sending the link to the table so we can take a look? https://downloads.intercomcdn.com/i/o/1171717996/ac7729f84b426e1d0358af02/image.png?expires=1733150700&signature=b4ae9847a32e905d90a136ec2844c366f77d2252231ed210803d8df5029f2583&req=dSEgF85%2FmohWX%2FMW1HO4zYTywSj9A5cR2BKsam%2FhVPvjTA%3D%3D%0A
Hey Lemuel! Thanks for reaching out. Happy to help. Could you confirm if your current API subscription has a limit of 1000 imports? I checked your table and the error seems to indicate that the Apify task is trying to access a specific run or dataset that either doesn't exist/was not properly configured/was deleted or inaccessible at the time of your request. We recommend verifying your current limits and checking that you still have access to the run actor selected and the results returned on Apify. Let me know if this helps.
There is no such thing import limit in apify
