You can create a table to track recent job changers with these steps: 1. Open your workspace and click Create New > Table > Track Job Changes 2. Copy this template: https://app.clay.com/shared-table/share_3Zmro4vp8Me9 which is specifically designed for finding people who recently changed companies 3. Use the "Find People" source to search for senior titles in your niche (costs 1 credit per search) 4. Filter results by "time since changing jobs" to show only those who moved in the last 1-3 months To minimize credit usage, be specific with your search criteria and bulk upload LinkedIn URLs if you already have them.

1. If you already have a list of companies • Import that list into a Clay table • Click the Actions button (top right) and choose Find People at These Companies • Set filters for seniority and job start date (e.g. past 1–3 months)
2. If you don’t have a company list • Use a Find People search directly • In the settings, filter by seniority level and job start date • Just note: without company data, you won’t be able to filter by industry, which may affect relevance Let me know if you want help setting this up in your table.
