Understanding the Impact of Downgrading Account on CRM Integration

Hello, if we downgrade our account and lose access to the "CRM Integration" what exactly would we lose? Just the ability to push records back into Hubspot or would we also lose the ability to look up and cross reference records in Hubspot, and bring in records automatically without importing?
