Issue with Formula Cell Affecting LinkedIn URLs in Table

Hey Clay team -- not sure if this is a bug but I have a table with a formula cell for cleaning up linkedin URLs that's worked forever. All of a sudden on every row after June 25, it now errors. The formula is unchanged. The issue now is that if I were to change this formula it would spend like ~200k credits re-running everything. Hoping you guys can help me get to the bottom of this.
