I graduated from a Cohort this August and got more than 4k credits. But when my 14-day free trial ran out, I lost all of it. It was mentioned that we get to retain our credits until this month. Kindly assist. Thank you

For free accounts, credits earned during a cohort expire at the end of each month. When you cancel or downgrade to a free plan, your credit balance gets capped at 200 credits (twice the monthly limit for free plans). However, it may be possible to extend the deadline to use your credits as a one-time exception. You can request this by clicking "talk to a person" to reach our support team.
