Appreciate you Kushagra for jumping in here! Hey Miranda, Kushagra is right - the find people/companies/jobs sources are completely free! The only limitations are the number of results you can import per source which varies based on your pricing tier (see https://www.clay.com/pricing for the different limits per plan). Also note that you can add multiple find people/companies/jobs sources to a single table Let me know if you have any other questions! š

Finding companies using the native Find Companies feature doesn't consume credits. However, there's an upper limit of how many companies you can import based on the plan you are on. Ex: Starter has a limit of 5k per search.
Currently, there isn't a way to get an automatic estimate of total credits needed for a specific search before importing the results. However, here's how you can manage and estimate your credit usage: 1. You can set an overall record limit (up to 50,000 records per search) to control the number of companies returned. 2. so if I have a search already defined (as in the screenshot attached) - there's no way for me to get an actual estimate of how many credits will I need to get all of the results from this search?
