Request to Change Credit Plan from 100k to 50k Monthly

Hey Clay Support i am running low on credits and my credits will be renewed on 3rd december. I have the 100k per month plan. I want to change to 50k credits a month an purchase today, so i have enough credits. Is that possible?

Yes, you can change your plan at any time! When you downgrade, you'll continue to enjoy your current plan's features and credits until your next payment due date (December 3rd in your case).Here's how to change your plan: 1. Click Settings > Plans and Billing > Change Plan 2. Select either Monthly or Annual plan at the top 3. Choose your desired plan with 50k credits 4. Click Downgrade PlanJust note that when your billing cycle refreshes on December 3rd, your credit balance will be capped at 2x the monthly credit limit of your new plan (so 100k credits in your case).
