How to Extract and Consolidate Cell Details with Formulas

Can someone help with building a formular that pics of values from cell details such as contact info and puts all the infromation each value separated by Komma or something into a new column?

Arturo O. its all the values grouped as company info. As for some company value 6 might be linkedin profile for others 4 and so on its not possible to use the values by their position. Hence I want to make one cell grouping all the values seperated by komma together and than extract the Social Profile phone numbers what every I need with a search integrated formula
