Hey team -- curious if you know a way to find high end residental/appartments/condo/mansions project being built/ inplannin at the moment/in the near future. We got a client that the best time to hit would be the "pre-planning" stage of a construction project

Hey Harvey! Thanks for reaching out. Just to confirm, are you looking to find construction companies/developers that have residential projects still in the pre-planning stage? There isn't a direct way to filter an initial list in Clay, but you could start with a company search to import construction companies and use Claygent to check the website for posts about upcoming residential projects.
