Hi support. I used the Find Work Email (SMB) waterfall in this table: Clay Table Link.
After reverifying the email results in EmailOversight, I found that 1,102 emails were invalid (e.g., Complainers, Undeliverables, Unknowns, etc.). Since these emails were not valid, I don’t believe we should be charged credits for them.
I’d like to request a credit refund for these invalid emails. You can find the list here: Google Sheet Link.
