Hi Support, I have a billing question that I was hoping that you could answer.
Hi Omar, thanks for reaching out. What can we help with here?
Hi Bruno, thanks for the reply. My account renews again today and I haven;t used my credits. Is there a way to add to, without losing it?
We may be able to process a one-time rollover of your credits, but you'll need to contact us once the credits expire. Please let us know how many credits have expired at that time, and we can consider your request. Since we don’t have an automated process for this, the rollover would need to be handled manually!
Ok, so what should the plan be? I wanted to try to create a table or two to spend the credits, but I am sick today, and won't finish using it in time for when it is rebilled.
So if possible, I have the $350 package, will it add an additional 10k credits on top of this?
Feel free to reach out to us once your credits expire. Upon billing renewal, we’ll review the remaining credits in your workflow and explore the possibility of rolling them over for you!
This doesn't sound definitive. Will it add to my account and will I be able to keep it or not?
Could you share a link to any table in your account? I'd like to check your current credit balance. It seems the email linked to your Slack account isn't associated with any accounts in Clay.
If the rollover is approximately 10k credits, we can process it for you as a one-time exception.

Hey there Omar thanks for reaching out, jumping in for Bruno, if you have a monthly subscription, unused credits will roll over and accumulate in your account up to 2x the credit limit according to your plan. If you buy an annual plan, you get all your credits upfront, and you can use them however and whenever you’d like. In your case since your workspace is a 10k plan it will roll over to a maximum of 20k when the renewal hits. In this case since you currently have 10,041 credits you will row over to 20,000 and lose those extra 41 credits. You can read more about the Credit Roll Over Update here. Let me know if you have additional questions!
Thank you LuisArturo. That answers my question and that’s what I’m looking for. Thanks again and have a great weekend
