Creating a Clean HubSpot Import Sheet from Clay Test Data

ยท

For this table, https://app.clay.com/workspaces/339088/workbooks/wb_mAyEYhRCJYUh/tables/t_nHV2vDYYJBqf/views/gv_oesVhBduHNvA On the FINAL HubSpot Import tab, I am trying to create one, clean sheet view of the columns that I want to export back to HubSpot. I tried to write-to-table from the NEW Page Vault Clay Test, but now see that the FINAL HubSpot Import has over 30k rows, when my goal would be just to have it copy directly from the NEW Page Vault Clay Test tab, which is only 22,623 rows. What am I doing wrong here?

To create a clean sheet view in the FINAL HubSpot Import tab with only the 22,623 rows from the NEW Page Vault Clay Test tab, follow these steps:1. In your Clay table, create a new view by clicking "Default View ๐Ÿ”ฝ" and selecting "Duplicate View". 2. Rename this new view to something like "FINAL HubSpot Export View". 3. In this new view, hide or delete any columns you don't need for the export. 4. Ensure that only the essential data from the NEW Page Vault Clay Test tab is visible in this view. 5. When you're ready to export, use this new view to generate your CSV. It will contain only the data you've chosen to include, matching the 22,623 rows from the original tab. This approach will give you a clean, focused dataset ready for export to HubSpot.
