Creating a Clean HubSpot Import Sheet from Clay Test Data

I tried to write-to-table from the NEW Page Vault Clay Test, but now see that the FINAL HubSpot Import has over 30k rows, when my goal would be just to have it copy directly from the NEW Page Vault Clay Test tab, which is only 22,623 rows. What am I doing wrong here?
