Limits on Rows and Tables in Database Accounts

The row limit is 50k and the column limit is 72. No limit on tables as far as I know.

Hey, the current limits for tables in Clay are up to 50,000 rows per table. There is no specified limit on the number of tables you can have in your account; you can create multiple tables if you reach the row limit in one. However, each table is limited to 70 columns (excluding created_at and updated_at), which includes a maximum of 30 integration/enrichment columns to maintain optimal performance.
