🚨 Priority 1 Issue Hi Team, we’ve been facing a problem all week with our AI columns. They are stuck in the running stage for hours on end. This was a problem Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and now today. As a result, we’ve been unable to run campaigns for clients, and they are seeing a material impact to their sales pipelines (1 of whom is even asking for a services discount due to our inability to deliver this week). One of our employees already raised the ticket, but it’s been four days now, and we’d like to know why it hasn’t been resolved. We’re currently evaluating other solutions outside of Clay since it has been so unreliable. cc @John D. @Sayudh M.

AI columns stuck in "running" for hours can be caused by infinite loops, column dependencies, or rate limits. Try these steps:
Force rerun: Click the column header and select "Force Rerun Column" to reset and restart processing.
Check dependencies: Ensure no column is set to run when its own output changes—this can cause loops. Use status/flag columns to control when enrichments run. [1]
Hard refresh: Use Ctrl+Shift+R (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+R (Mac) to refresh the page.
Rate limits: If you're hitting rate limits, break large batches into smaller ones and monitor your usage.
If the issue persists, pause automations, document the loop pattern, and request a human agent for deeper troubleshooting.

If your AI columns are stuck in "running" despite trying standard fixes, it's likely due to an unresolved infinite loop or complex dependency.
Pause all automations in the affected tables.
Document the loop pattern (which columns/webhooks are involved).
Try using Sculptor to rebuild or adjust your workflow—this can help identify and resolve structural issues.
