Issue with Unintended Execution of Prompt on Clay Table Rows

Hi Clay, While testing a new prompt, the Clay table started running for all rows, even though I did not initiate this. I specifically intended to test the prompt on just the first 5 rows, which I had manually selected. However, when I later checked the table, I noticed that the prompt had been executed across all rows. This is not the first time this has happened—last week something similar occurred, although it resulted in fewer unnecessary credits being used. How is it possible that this has now happened twice? Is it possible to recover the 1.2K credits that were unintentionally used, especially since the output isn’t usable for this table? Please let me know if you need the specific URL of the table.
